Maria has worked in the events industry for many years and previously owned a high tea business.
"I wanted to come up with something fresh and new for events at home!
My immense love for wine and cheese inspired me to create an experience that would give events a new angle."
Being raised in the Italian culture, I was always surrounded by family, food and music. My beautiful mother was always in the kitchen creating something delicious and food was brought to life with passion!

One of my favourite past times is to have family and friends over, and create delicious charcuterie boards, try different wines and taste different cheeses, with all sorts of fruity flavours.
I thought how amazing this would be at an event. Thus, Bubbly Grazey was born."
